By accessing or using Battle of Countries (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of service

Battle of Countries is a free, ad-free daily minigame where players represent their country by playing a different minigame each day. Scores are aggregated by country and displayed on public leaderboards. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and has no monetary value or prizes.

Fair play

You agree not to:

• Submit scores by any means other than playing the game normally in a browser
• Automate, script, or otherwise artificially generate game sessions or scores
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior to gain an advantage
• Attempt to manipulate or disrupt the scoreboards or Hall of Fame
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content via the game suggestion form
• Interfere with multiplayer sessions, including deliberately disconnecting, stalling, or exploiting latency to gain an unfair advantage over opponents
• Impersonate another player or spoof your device identity or country

We reserve the right to remove scores or ban IP addresses and device identifiers that violate these rules, without notice.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code comprising the Service is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

User-submitted content

If you submit a game idea or suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify, and implement that idea in the Service. You retain no ownership rights over submitted ideas, and we have no obligation to implement, credit, or compensate you for any suggestion.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Country rankings, scores, and Hall of Fame entries reflect aggregated gameplay data and carry no political, national, or geopolitical significance. They are purely for entertainment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
