Battle of Countries is a free, ad-free daily minigame where players represent their country by playing a different minigame each day. Scores are aggregated by country and displayed on public leaderboards. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and has no monetary value or prizes.

All content, design, and code comprising the Service is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.
If you submit a game idea or suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify, and implement that idea in the Service. You retain no ownership rights over submitted ideas, and we have no obligation to implement, credit, or compensate you for any suggestion.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Country rankings, scores, and Hall of Fame entries reflect aggregated gameplay data and carry no political, national, or geopolitical significance. They are purely for entertainment.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
